A detailed packing list will be sent via email closer to the camp once registered.
Essential items include hockey stick, gum shield, shin guards, training clothes (suitable for 4 days), casual clothes for evenings, toiletries, and towel. -
Room sizes vary from 2-8 beds. Rooms are allocated by age group and school year. If you have a specific roommate request, note it on the registration form and we'll do our best to accommodate.

Yes. Please detail any allergies or dietary needs (vegetarian, gluten-free, nut allergy, etc.) on the medical form during registration so our catering team can prepare accordingly.

Yes. Residential staff stay in the boarding house to provide 24-hour supervision and support. All staff are Garda Vetted and Safeguarding trained.

All playing levels welcome. Players should be motivated, coachable, and ready to train in a high-standard environment. You don't need to be the best player on your team - you need to be willing to learn and improve.

We have trained First Aid cover on-site at all times. For any medical concern, we will contact you immediately. If medical attention beyond first aid is required, we will arrange appropriate care and keep you fully informed.

We maintain a low ratio to ensure every player receives individual attention and feedback. Exact ratios depend on final registration numbers, but we cap capacity specifically to protect this.

The camp is a closed residential experience to maintain focus and routine. Parents are welcome at drop-off and on the final day for the camp tournament before pick-up. In exceptional circumstances, contact us directly.

Sessions will run unless conditions are unsafe. Villiers School has indoor spaces we can use if necessary. Players should bring wet-weather gear.

Yes we will have a specific GK coach and training plan for the camp. However places are extremely limited to optimize the experience for all GKs.
